Cheshire (Jim)

A well-kept secret in the north west of England. It’s not all lush green farmland, pretty villages, historic Chester – it’s industry and prosperity, too. If the outdoors is your thing, we have Delamere Forest and the Sandstone Trail; Snowdonia, the Peak District and the Lake District are close by. If you like the country life and big open spaces, but with access to the big cities, Cheshire has Manchester to the east and Liverpool to the west; London is less than 2 hours by train. International connectivity is great too - Manchester airport is a far better experience than Heathrow. Cheshire might not be the centre of your universe, but it’s the centre of mine.
