Progress is hard wired into motivation. A future, superior world, where we have more, are more, do more. Deciding you have enough financially, is empowering. Deciding the way you spend your time now is enough, is empowering. People worry that absent the fire of a target, we would fizzle out completely. That is how we have been trained. What do you want to be? Not, what are you passionate about now. What are you building towards? Not, who do you want to spend your time with now. Sometimes it isn't about a plan. It is about a decision.
